At Delta Harbour Assets, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your fashion selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to obtain a receipt for your records to track your return shipment.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
